Both of them, delusionally convinced that everyone else wants their boyfriend. He can't help it! Iorveth is just so mind-numbingly perfect that he can't imagine why a hag wouldn't want him. They're evil, not stupid.

It's precious that Iorveth wants to cast spells on him, though, and it's obvious that the thought of it lifts his spirits. How ridiculously cute. He couldn't frown if he wanted to.
